The media has emphasized that this is a Western Iowa Republican movement.  It started there, but has grown beyond our western third of the state.  You can join this movement as well – sign the petition, write letters to the editor, call in to local talk radio,  contact the Branstad campaign, post the following graphic using the code below to your blog or website, tweet it, Facebook it… just get the word out.

  1. Branstad owes Roberts. Roberts was the best surrogate Branstad had during the primary campaign, preventing Vander Plaats from consolidating the religious right and tag-teaming with Branstad against Vander Plaats at the debates. Without him in the race it would have been a simple choice between Branstad and a more conservative Republican, and the outcome might have been different.
