image This morning I criticized the House Republican’s Pledge to America due to it’s neglect, albeit not absence, of social issues.  I do want to point out one of the  bright spots – Congressman Steve King’s (R-IA) push to repeal Obamacare was included in the final draft:

We offer a plan to repeal and replace the government takeover of health care with common-sense solutions focused on lowering costs and protecting America jobs. We will enact real medical liability reform; allow Americans to purchase health coverage across state lines; empower small businesses with greater purchasing power; and create new incentives to save for future health needs. We will protect the doctor-patient relationship, and ensure that those with pre-existing conditions gain access to the coverage they need. We will permanently end taxpayer funding of abortion and codify the Hyde Amendment.

After six months though one thing that is noticeably absent are the Democrats who are touting the health care legislation.  How many are stumping on this?  According to ABC News – Zero.

Do you think people will have forgotten how they voted?
