Former Senator Rick Santorum (R-PA) was slated to speak at Congressman Steve King’s Conservative Principles PAC Conference.  His office announced that he will not be able to attend due to an undisclosed family emergency.

Senator Santorum expressed his regret for having to miss the event, “Unfortunately, due to a family medical emergency, I will no longer be able to attend Congressman Steve King’s Conservative Principles Conference in Iowa tomorrow.  I am disappointed that I will not be able to participate in this important gathering of Iowa conservatives, but I look forward to being back in Iowa soon."

We at Caffeinated Thoughts are praying for Senator Santorum and his family.
