Former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum canceled his Nevada campaign events over the weekend in keeping with his promise to boycott the Nevada Caucus in response to their decision to move their caucus to January 14th which has put the nomination process in turmoil causing a possibility that both Iowa and New Hampshire will move their contests to December.

In an impromptu campaign event schedule yesterday at Smokey Row Coffee in Des Moines, IA, Senator Santorum explained to a group of around 50 why Nevada and Florida’s decision to move their dates up is harmful to the nomination process.  He said because of this instead of talking about the issues, they’re having to spend time discussing the process itself.

You can watch his remarks on this subject below.

Santorum also held a town hall where he took questions for over 50 minutes discussing how he’d deal with Obamacare, job creation through revitalizing the manufacturing sector, border security, Iran, and immigration. I had issues uploading video last night, so I will update with that video later on.
