Rod Blum’s campaign released an ad today in response to attacks launched by Pat Murphy In Iowa’s 1st Congressional District race.  The ad shows State Representative Pat Murphy (D-Dubuque) screaming on the Iowa House floor which is, putting it mildly, rather unflattering.

The ad provides a contrast between Murphy, the “angry, career politician” with Blum, the Republican candidate, a successful businessman named Iowa Entrepreneur of the Year.  Blum grew his business from five employees to over 300.  Murphy called Blum in a recent ad a “millionaire who only fires workers.”
