Smith, a graduate of Hillsdale College who will serve as Chief of Staff after holding the role of Operations Director for Blum’s successful campaign, said, “I have no doubt that Congressman-elect Blum will be a tremendous representative, and I am excited to get to work helping him serve the citizens of the First District.
