U.S. Senator-Elect Joni Ernst (R-Iowa) met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu while on a trip to Israel last week.  The Prime Minister’s office released the following short video marking her visit.  He blasted what he called “European hypocrisy.”

“In Geneva they call for the investigation of Israel for war crimes.  While in Luxembourg the European Court removed Hamas from the list of terrorist organizations,” Netanyahu stated with Ernst looking on.  “Hamas that has committed countless war crimes and countless terror acts.  It seems that too many in Europe on the soil where six million Jews were slaughtered have learned nothing, but we in Israel we have learned.”

“We will continue to defend our people and our state against the forces of terror and tyranny and hypocrisy,” Netanyahu added.
