For this episode of the Caffeinated Thoughts Podcast, our host Shane Vander Hart provides an update on the status of Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation to the Supreme Court and weighs the different allegations made against him.

Shane discusses the current FBI investigation, what Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), President Donald Trump, and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) had to say about it. Will the investigation be comprehensive or is it a ‘farce” as some Democrats claim?

Also, now it seems as though Democrats want to derail Kavanaugh’s confirmation because they believe he lied about his drinking in high school and college.

The FBI has not committed to speaking with Kavanaugh’s third accuser, Julie Swetnick. She has a questionable background which puts her credibility into question and provides some interesting information during an interview with NBC News that Shane discusses.
