U.S. Senator Joni Ernst, R-Iowa, participated in the hearing for the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, S.130, on Tuesday. Watch her questioning witnesses below:

Ernst is a cosponsor of the bill introduced by U.S. Senator Ben Sasse, R-Neb., which would require health care practitioners to provide the same degree of care to a baby who survives an abortion as they would any child born naturally premature at the same age.
