On Monday, Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds lifted the restriction against gatherings and events of more than ten people for spiritual and religious purposes. Caffeinated Thoughts would like to know what your church will do this Sunday?

Please fill out the three-question anonymous survey below. We would prefer that church leadership complete the form, but if you are aware of your church’s plans this Sunday feel free to fill the form out as well. (Please only complete it once, we didn’t want to require survey respondents to have to sign-in to Google.)

We would like to know if your church is meeting physically. If you church is located within the 22 counties still under the tightest restrictions, and how your church plans to implement social distancing. The Iowa Department of Public Health offers guidelines here.
