U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) addressed the Council on Foreign Relations in New York City on Wednesday.  He looked like a pro.  He gave details.  He sounded competent.  He didn’t waiver.  Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush needs to take some notes because Bush beclowned himself when he spoke to the Chicago Council on Global Affairs in his first national security address on February 18th.

You may or may not agree with everything Rubio said, but he unlike Jeb Bush sounded like a Commander-in-Chief.
