Maya Harris, a senior policy adviser for Clinton said in a statement, “Politicians should not interfere with personal medical decisions, which should be left to a woman, her family and her faith, in consultation with her doctor or health care provider. This bill is a direct challenge to Roe v. Wade, which has protected a woman’s constitutional right to privacy for over forty years. The bill puts women’s health and rights at risk, undermines the role doctors play in health care decisions, burdens survivors of sexual assault, and is not based on sound science.”
Not based on sound science? Oh that’s right, science is only “sound” when liberals agree with it. No, I think I’ll take this former abortionist’s opinion over Clinton’s spokesperson and these doctors’ opinions. It’s a pretty established medical fact.
Even if the science didn’t back the prolife position it would still be wrong. The ultimate question is this – when does life begin? If life begins at conception, and again I believe science is on our side here as well, then it doesn’t matter what a woman or her doctor thinks. It would be killing an unborn person. That would be murder. That’s why I pray for the day that all human life is protected from conception to natural death.
I’m curious what medical rationale Clinton and company would have to, as U.S. Senator Rand Paul asked, abort a 7-month-old unborn child? There isn’t any, especially with the advances in neonatal medicine and the care of premature babies. Why abort when you can deliver early?.
Oh yeah, that’s not convenient. That is what their argument is really all about. We can’t inconvenience mothers who may want to kill their unborn children for whatever reason they may have.
Prolife advocates are the extremists when it comes to abortion? No, Hillary Clinton and pro-abortion advocates like her are the ones who are extreme.
While this doesn’t save the life of every unborn child. It will save lives. It’s unfortunate that Clinton is so blinded by being in Planned Parenthood’s back pocket to see that.
