(Des Moines, IA)  Late last week Iowa Right to Life confirmed that Planned Parenthood of the Heartland has quietly deserted their million dollar administration building.  Formerly housed in a sprawling building in the heart of downtown Des Moines, they’ve recently posted a “For Sale” sign in the front yard.

“We are extremely encouraged to see yet another massive downsizing by the once seemingly formidable abortion giant.  However, we are most concerned with their new office setting,” stated Jenifer Bowen, Executive Director of Iowa Right to Life.  “They’ve moved into a much smaller suite a few blocks down at 818-5th Street, home of the Young Women’s Resource Center.”

“It’s no surprise they’d want to move back into this building as they again have unfettered access to girls as young as 10,” continued Bowen.  “It’s imperative to their livelihood that they grow their abortion business.  This building is a perfect target full of vulnerable young women.”
