The Golden Gate Minutemen produced a video showing a woman questioning Congressman Pete Stark (D-CA) during a town hall meeting on 7/24/10 in Hayward, CA.  In a nutshell she asks how is the health care reform is constitutional, and if so what limits does the federal government have to involve itself in citizens private lives?  His answer is disturbing, but predictable.

It is pretty obvious that Congressman Stark knows nothing about the Constitution, but the woman confronting him was incredibly articulate and knowledgeable about the limits placed upon the Federal government by our Constitution.   Anonymous woman 1, Congressman Stark 0.
