State Representative Megan Jones (R-Sioux Rapids) represents Iowa House District 2. She is also an attorney with Hemphill Law Office, PLC in Spencer. Megan graduated from Drake University with degrees in Law, Politics and Society and Business. She then earned her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law. Megan and her husband, Will, have one son, Anchor. They have made their home on Will’s family farm in southern Clay County. Megan is a member of the Spencer Daybreakers Kiwanis group and also serves on the Keep Iowa Beautiful Board. Megan has been a recipient of the Spencer Volunteer of the Year Award and has been recognized by the Governor and Legislature for her volunteer activities.
