I’ve always thought Chris Coons is going to win. I told him that and I tried to get him to run. I’m glad he’s running. I just think the world of him. He’s my pet."
He said it not only once, but twice. Does anyone else find it strange that the Senate Majority Leader refers to the Democrat candidate for Senate in Delaware as “my pet.” It’s reminds me of a certain former Senator out in his neck of the woods. Definitely has a man-crush thing going on here.
