DES MOINES, Iowa – U.S. Senator Joni Ernst’s campaign released the second video in a series targeting Theresa Greenfield leading up to the June 2 primary. Greenfield is thought to be the likely frontrunner for the Democratic nomination for U.S. Senate.

The first video, released last week, was entitled “Theresa Greenfield: Unplugged and Unprepared.” The second video they entitled, “Theresa Greenfield: Unplugged and Untruthful.”

During the Democratic U.S. Senate debate on WHO-TV 13, Greenfield’s opponents attacked her over her rhetoric opposing dark money while raking it in.

That is the focus of this new video:

ā€œTheresa Greenfieldā€™s blatant hypocrisy and dishonesty haveĀ been exposed by herĀ fellow Democrats,ā€Ā said Melissa Deatsch, campaign spokesperson.Ā ā€œItā€™s painfully obvious to Iowans that Greenfield isĀ not onlyĀ unprepared to lead, butĀ is untruthful. Iowans canā€™t trustĀ Theresa Greenfield.ā€

The video clips below show the larger context during that debate.

Here is an exchange Greenfield had with Kimberly Graham.

Michael Franken pressed her on PAC money as well.

Eddie Mauro challenged Greenfield as well.
