Generation Y/Millennials (referred to as Generation We in this video) will be in positions of leadership and influence soon.    I am inspired by their enthusiasm, but at the same time cautious because they lack wisdom and experience.  How are we going to work with them?  How are we going to cultivate the leadership skills needed to successfully lead?  Generation We came out with this well-produced video that is very intriguing.
