I wanted to share a couple of updates about the health of one of our contributors, David Shedlock, who suffered a stroke last month.

I learned this morning that David was taken to the emergency room this morning.  He is in complete renal failure most likely due to the blood pressure meds that he is on in order to prevent another stroke.  His temperature was down to 92.4 this morning, way below normal, and he is being moved to the ICU and will be starting dialysis.  The doctors are optimistic that his kidneys will bounce back if this is caused by the meds.

Also his heart rate is very slow and they are considering a temporary pacemaker to remedy that.

So please continue to pray for David and his wife Judy, thanks!
