Nice you can’t actually prove your innocence, so let’s sue those who broke the news.  ACORN is suing James O’Keefe, Hannah Giles and Andrew Brietbart.  Their complaint:

The video and audio footage was taken without the knowledge of Williams and/or Thompson and in violation of Maryland’s Courts and Judicial Proceedings Code §§ 10-402(a) and 10-410, which requires two party consent to all electronic surveillance. Violation of the law is a felony, and entitles parties whose rights were violated to sue

They also cite that the employees involved suffered emotional distress.  Nice, sue on behalf of the employees they fire.  Perhaps they are suffering distress because they were complicit in breaking the law and then losing their jobs?

Well this does seem to be the ACORN way.  I guess they’ll need the money since the IRS is now severing ties with themAllahPundit thinks this is just part of their new PR offensive, and that the suit will get quietly dropped or it goes to trial and the jury awards them a dollar.
