Dude. I'm so ready for Sine Die at the IA Legis. that I could scream. I don't understand how when the budget is tight and there isn't consensus on how to borrow hundreds of millions of dollars that will take close to a billion to pay off; we don't just take a deep breath, adjourn, and try again next year. 🙂
Happy Friday to all!!!!
Yeah… please end the session before anymore damage is done!
But take up something controversial like that in a election year?
Happy Friday to you as well!
Hello my brother!
I saw the other day that someone had hit by blog from WeFeelFine. From what I was able to gather, it's a site that uses these germ-looking particles to represent different blog posts. After seeing the volume of them, I was surprised that someone had actually click on one and got to my blog.
So, I thought I'd share that. I didn't spend a lot of time on the site but I intend on going back and playing around with it.
Have a great weekend buddy!
Joe.
Hey Joe, you have a great weekend too!
Ted Haggard is back on line. Visit him at http://www.tedhaggard.com/
He has a new ministry MMI Finance that does micro loans for single moms, widows etetera. I for one, wish him all the luck in the world. He has repented, now we need to do the same for how we treated him and give him some help in his new endeavors.
If your readers are looking for more opportunities to promote their blogs they can add a post to this week's Christian Carnival.
I'm hosting this week. Details here – http://rodneyolsen.net/2009/04/the-carnival-ret…
Carl – he didn't really complete the restoration process, and based on recent interviews I question his readiness. I think right now he needs to focus on his family and his relationship with Christ. Public ministry can wait. I feel like he's rushing to get back in.
Thanks! I'll check it out!
I dont claim special knowledge here, but I did attend New Life. I have had a few meetings with him when he is meeting with elders, friends, etcetera from the church and he is repenting. I believe he is very restored, he just did not do it in the public eye.
I dont think he is rushing, I think he is out of options. Salary gone from new life, book deals are all dead, gotta pay the bills. There is no lack of people wanting to share his story. What does that say about us?
Well, I'd say you know more about the situation than I do. I understand that he has to pay the bills, but I have known pastors in similar circumstances and some of them are still not back in ministry.
I've just been concerned about some of the comments that he has made in interviews recently.
